lyrics

I’m skipping like a broken record, she don’t miss a beat, tells me when it’s time to go, cold as stone, has to be alone. First time I met her said, “I’ve never seen the likes of you.” Now I know some are better left unknown. Still think nothing’s wrong? Still think nothing’s wrong? Never seen the likes of you, confessing like a fool, even though if feels so wrong, slither my way back to you, relapsing like I do. Even when it feels so wrong it’s alright. It’s a mystery how she becomes everyone she sees. No one knows how she keeps them all so close, like a fading majesty commands their belief, keeps them lined up in a row. Now she knows it’s hard to go it all alone, saying nothings wrong, saying nothings wrong. Never seen the likes of you, confessing like a fool, even though if feels so wrong, slither my way back to you, relapsing like I do. Even though it feels so wrong it’s alright.
